We do our best to show our products accurately, but colours may vary between screens, and glow performance can depend on light exposure and other conditions. We may update product descriptions or discontinue products from time to time.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you’re offering to buy the products in your cart. Your order is accepted once we confirm it and your payment has been processed.
We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine reason, such as an item being unavailable, a pricing error or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll provide a full refund. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are in NZD and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If you order from overseas, you may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes. The price you pay is the price shown when you place your order, subject to any genuine errors or applicable legal requirements.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless we’ve agreed on a specific timeframe. If your order is delayed, damaged or missing, please contact us at hello@lumyrocks.com so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. We’ll meet our obligations under applicable New Zealand law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains how returns work, including our 14-day change-of-mind return policy. This does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other applicable consumer law. If a product is faulty, damaged or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under the law.
